The CME Program takes great pride in the professional quality of the activities we offer whether they are local, national or international. We are experienced conference planners and production managers familiar with all aspects of conference planning and coordination. We provide a spectrum of services to CME providers ranging from grant applications prior to the CME activity to post-conference production of self-study materials for print, CD or on-line distribution. Our service fees for Case affiliates reflect the cost of providing those services, are the same for all affiliates and substantially below rates charged by commercial communication companies.

The CME Program Staff will coordinate all details of your activity including the following services:

• Compliance with AMA/ACCME Standards
• Marketing planning and implementation
• Mail, fax and e-mail management
• Design and print brochures, collateral materials and posters
• Coordination of faculty participation and educational materials
• Financial management including income/expense reconciliation
• Administration and reconciliation of grants
• On-line, telephone (800#) and fax registrations
• Catering and conference facility management
• Audio-visual
• Syllabus publication and evaluation summary
• On-site registration and meeting management
• CME certificates

Fees for our services are developed through an estimation process based on your activity and specific needs.  We prefer to provide full conference services to assure the best possible result for your activity, faculty and participants.
